Ghent based Noiserock/postpunk formation Crowd of Chairs is about to release ‘Mod Kid With Dog’, its second full length on the upcoming and promising Sentimental label. The collaboration between the band and this newlywed label - ran by members of Belgiums postpunk pride Whispering Sons - is based on scanning bounderies and a healthy stubbornness of never willing to compromise. Thus - modern marriage.

‘Mod Kid With Dog’ is a mixture of noisy guitars blended with floaty yet intense bass lines and kraut-ish complex rhythms. In comparison with ‘Fuck Fuck Fuck’, their 2017 debut album, ‘Mod Kid With Dog’ contains multiple vocals and harmonies that are leading to a new coherent sound and sphere. Think of a very itching rash due to a lack health care.
